With our state-of-the-art printing facility we are able to print bills leveraging efficiency strategies that save on costs. QDS has 4 high-volume production Canon® printers with 2 having color capabilities as well as 2 high-volume Neopost® DS-1200 inserters. What does that mean for you? QDS offers paper to suit your every need. From plain 8.5” x 11” to colored 11” x 17” in several different weights for any application. Colors available are white, blue, goldenrod, yellow, green, and pink. If there is something custom you need, don’t hesitate to ask. If it’s made from paper, we can make it happen.
We also offer specialty papers including 25% cotton paper – perfect for your grand list books.

Book Binding
The perfect bind, every time.
Impressive hard cover bindings to convey a high caliber, professional image. This traditional binding keeps your Grand List and Final Posted Rate books neat, organized and protected. A practical finishing touch that makes thick volumes easy to handle, store and ship.
Perfect Binding is a widely used soft cover book binding method. With this binding method, the pages and cover are glued together at the spine with a strong yet flexible thermal glue, either Ethylene Vinyl Acetate (EVA) or
Polyurethane Reactive (PUR). The other three sides of the book are then trimmed as needed to give them clean “perfect” edges.
EPSON
Authorized Service Center
We are the only EPSON® Authorized Service Center in Connecticut, also serving Massachusetts and Rhode Island and we have 4 full-time EPSON® Certified Technicians on staff.
QDS became an EPSON® Authorized Repair Center to assist our customers with any repairs and/or technical assistance that is needed. We are certified to repair all EPSON® POS printers.
We only use and supply paper rolls and ribbons that are Genuine EPSON® OEM, not cheaply made substitutions. These products cause less paper jams and are manufactured with the exact specifications EPSON® requires.
We have also been awarded Performance Partner status recognition with Honeywell®.

QDS offers a full array of services to ensure you maximize results in both mail penetration and postage savings, including co-pal and internal commingle resources. We have a team of postage & logistic experts onsite who work closely with the USPS® mail tracking service to follow the mail to its destinations.
We have dedicated management staff that develops a strategy for each individual mailing to optimize postage savings. Mail files are examined to determine the best methods of sortation. Presort results are then compared to potential commingle savings.
